Wall Street Tower

Wall Street Tower, formerly Mercantile Bank, was considered a modern marvel of construction in 1974 when built. It was originally designed for office use, but today, over 100 families call this place “home”. Focus Architecture provided design services for a complete conversion of the existing property into 137 condominium units, 8 class “A” office suites, and 20,000 square feet of retail on the lower levels.

Each condominium features floor to ceiling glass, large open spaces and luxury finishes. The project is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been featured in Kansas City Homes & Gardens and The Pitch, and has received numerous design awards.

Awards Received:

2005 HBA Dream Award
2006 HBA Dream Award
2006 Best New Home Design Center
2007 Silver Home of the Year – Best Condo

“The ideas presented by Focus Architecture were on the cutting edge of design, and their dedication to quality were paramount in the success of the project” Brian Fredock, CHFM – Project Manager @ J&J Worldwide Services
